Not Another AI Tool.
A Private Intelligence System.
The Standard Model vs. The Vault
Most AI tools are built on a model where your data — the things you type in, the notes you make, the client details you share — flows to company servers where it can be analyzed, pooled with other users' data, and potentially used to improve models. The company's business runs partly on the information it collects.
The Knowledge Vault is built on the exact opposite principle. We believe that your business intelligence belongs to you, entirely.
| The Standard AI Tool | The Knowledge Vault | |
|---|---|---|
| Data Location | Sent to central servers and pooled alongside thousands of other agents' data. | Stored in your own private, isolated environment. It never mixes with anyone else's data. |
| Training Models | Your client conversations and notes may be used to train and improve the vendor's central AI. | We do not train central models on your data. Our architecture makes it impossible by design. |
| Ownership | Locked in a proprietary ecosystem. Exporting everything you've built is often difficult or impossible. | 100% data ownership. When you leave, you take your complete vault with you. No hostage situations. |
| Business Model | Subsidized by the value extracted from analyzing mass user behavior and data patterns. | A straightforward subscription. You pay us for the software. Your data is not our currency. |
What Sovereign Means for You
We use the term "sovereign" because it accurately describes your relationship with your information inside the Vault. It's yours.
Your Own Environment
Your Knowledge Vault lives in an isolated space dedicated entirely to you. When you search your Vault, it is only referencing your files, your notes, and your history.
Never Pooled
We don't pool your competitive insights, client preferences, or negotiation strategies with a larger network of agents. You maintain your competitive edge.
Understanding Relationships
Standard search looks for matching words. If you search for "school noise," a regular tool looks for documents containing that exact phrase. The Vault is entirely different—it understands how things connect.
It knows that your client, Sarah Vance, mentioned a concern about school noise. It knows that concern is connected to the property at Sunset Crest. And it knows that connection informs a specific negotiation strategy you discussed last week.
When you ask the Vault a question, it cross-references every piece of context you've given it, tracing the lines between people, properties, and priorities to return complete answers, not just a list of search results.
Vault Memory Trace
Sarah Vance → expressed concern about → school noise → impacting → 442 Sunset Crest → requiring → noise mitigation concession.
What We Deliberately Didn't Build
To provide this level of privacy and personalization, we had to make distinct architectural choices. We actively chose to build a system that prioritizes private, isolated intelligence over a massive, instantly scalable cloud application.
This means our platform scales a little differently than a typical tech startup. It takes careful engineering to spin up a private environment for each new user. We aren't built to onboard ten thousand users overnight. But that was a trade-off we were happy to make, because it's the only way to build a tool that a real estate professional can trust with their most valuable asset: their client relationships.
Privacy Commitments
Our business model and our privacy policy are aligned with your success. Here is our commitment to you:
- No AI Training on Your Data Your information is never used to train our central models or anyone else's.
- No Selling Your Data Your data is not our product. We will never sell, rent, or trade your client information.
- Your Own Isolated Instance Your Vault operates independently from every other user on the platform.
- Full Export Capability If you decide to leave, you can take your entire Vault with you in standard, usable formats.
- Aligned Business Model We are a software company paid by subscriptions, not an advertising company paid by data extraction.
